smell them. Some research has shown that subjects who sniffed food aromas
curbed their appetites and lost weight. The theory is that our brain receives
these smells and tells our stomach that we are full. That’s why after baking
(and smelling) a big batch of cookies all day, you can’t eat as many as you
thought you would.
